Nordictrack X11i Incline Trainer Treadmill

Treadmill Review

Do you want a treadmill that gives you a great user experience but is also built to last? Looking for something more challenging than what the regular treadmills offer? You should try NordicTrack commercial X11i incline trainer treadmill. Part of the brand’s incline range is this minus thing (declination) about long-distance running and all the calorie burn that comes with the steep slope.

It can achieve an incline of up to 40% and a drop of 6%, and when used with the iFit streaming workout, heart rate monitor and the inclination is automatically adjusted according to your coach’s instructions. This treadmill will await every workout with its iFit programming apps and seamless user experience.

If you’re looking for a commercial treadmill, NordicTrack X11i Incline Trainer is still an undeniably impressive choice. This treadmill boasts itself for being able to achieve a remarkable 40% incline, taking your workout to a higher level than other treadmills.
It’s also compatible with iFit, a very popular application that transforms workouts from something you might be initially afraid of to an adventurous user experience. If you stick to the sessions, you will see better results over time.

Overall quality

Let’s first discuss the remarkable incline capabilities these incline trainers offer. Most treadmills reach about fifteen to twenty percent incline. The Nordictrack commercial X11i Incline Trainer can achieve an incline of up to 40 percent with a negative drop of six percent. This type of steep angle can help you focus on many different muscle groups. So if you’ve been using a treadmill for a while and don’t want to run anymore, but want something challenging, then an extreme incline can offer a new path. In addition to the unique incline option, the X11i Incline Trainer also offers good value for money.

Among our top four treadmills in this price, the category is the average exercise program number thirty-six. Incline Trainer X11i has forty-four built-in workouts and a free annual iFit subscription. Also, the build is slightly above average, and the speed is an average capacity of twelve miles per hour. However, the warranty is another feature that stands out. When discussing it, we should bring in the fact that one must also consider the additional risk of a greater incline. While incline is a great feature, you need to consider the new stresses it places on the structural integrity of the treadmill. Most treadmill frames and drive systems are not designed to handle such an incline. But we haven’t had too many cases of broken Incline Trainer. In terms of the warranty, NordicTrack offers a lifetime warranty on frame, engine, and drivetrain components, a six-year warranty on components and electronics, and a three-year warranty on labor.

Exercise programs

This machine is about streaming programming, which is part of iFit. This means streaming instructor-led video exercises offered in a variety of formats and intensities. You can also watch their Global Run sessions, where you will follow coaches on amazing real-world trails from around the world. Your first year of membership is part of your purchase, and after your first year, the subscription will cost you around $ 39 per month.

What we like

Modest Price:

This treadmill, while more costly than some of the more modern home models, is a very reasonable price for a regular treadmill. For $ 2,249 with payment plan options, it’s a realistic investment for users looking to increase commercial quality and a better experience.

Incline and decline:

This advantage is huge. While most treadmills offer a 12-15% incline, the X11i Incline Treadmill takes you up to 40% and mimics climbing higher hills. This will allow you to quickly burn calories, strengthen your lower body, and add more variety to your training program.

Large Interactive HD Touch Screen:

With this model, you get 10 inches of screen space, giving you an immersive experience as you stream workout programs or explore different parts of the world via iFit.

Training Tracking:

Tracking your progress is child’s play with the intuitive and informative X11i console.

Sled Push:

Have you ever seen a treadmill that works like a sled? Well, if you choose to invest in this one, you will be able to. With a simple change in body positioning, this treadmill transforms into a pushing experience on the sled. Just hold the handlebar, set the treadmill to manual mode, and that’s it. This is literally the best for building strength and power in the lower body.

Whole Body Training:

When you purchase the Nordictrack Commercial X11i from NordicTrack, you can’t just walk or run. You will have the chance to train the whole body.

Up to 4 User Profiles:

With this machine, you can create up to four different profiles and monitor the data of each of these users accordingly. This makes it an ideal choice for a family who wants to be fit.

Reflex Cushioning:

This treadmill offers reflective cushioning, created by NordicTrack to provide users with the best overall shock absorption, giving them the feeling of running on a real road.

Motor:

With a 3.75 CHP (continuous horspepower motor), users won’t have to worry about this machine stuttering or failing to meet their training needs.

Self-cooling:

The cooling capacity to prevent overeating helps the Nordictrack commercial X11i last longer without worrying about the X11i overheating. As a result, the machine can perform better in the long run and therefore requires less maintenance.

Compatible with iFit.

If you want to change things regularly, this is the iFit way. This commercial X11i Incline Treadmill will give you many different training opportunities, so no matter what your goals, you can try to achieve them and get the guidance you need. iFit not only offers you instructor-led lessons but also lets you run around the world and choose the route you want.

Exercise monitoring capability:

With this machine, you can also track your workouts smoothly and accurately. It will keep track of all your stats so you can compare your performance over time and be absolutely sure you will see the progress you want.

Ability to build strength:

Your treadmill can also double as a sled. Simply grab the handlebar as if you were pushing on a sled and set the treadmill to manual mode. Now push your feet and see how big the challenge you face will be.

Motor with continuous power:

This motor is one of the most powerful in the commercial grade treadmill business, so you can rest assured it will withstand even the most intense training you will be subjected to.

Good warranty coverage:

Whatever goes wrong, you will be fully covered for 3 years and then only pay for the work until you reach the 6-year limit.

Warranty and Guarantee

Offered by a new standard warranty issued for the entire model range, the frame is covered for 10 years, components and electronics are covered for two years, and work is covered for one year.

What we don’t like

Average Track Size:

The treadmill has a standard size of 22 inches x 60 inches. While this will be acceptable for most users, most commercial treadmills in this price range offer a more spacious 22 x 62-inch belt.

IFit costs are not included:

There are running costs associated with this treadmill if you decide to continue your iFit membership after the first year ($ 39 / month). This is a fairly high rate, which all shoppers should be aware of because it costs almost the same as a gym membership. Remember that you can still use the treadmill without iFit, but you will lose many exercise planning options.

Short Warranty:

With the recent changes to the NordicTrack, the overall warranty has been reduced to 10 years for frames, 2 years for parts and electronics, and 1 year for labor. Unfortunately, this doesn’t keep up with the competition and is a bit disappointing.

Our verdict:

Overall, the X11i is a great choice for those who want to adapt quickly with impressive results. The slope feature itself is attractive enough to justify a high price tag. When walking at 20km / h for 20 minutes, the average user can weigh 200lbs to burn a whopping 381 calories at a 40% incline.

Compare that to just 157 calories when using a 10% incline, which is standard on many treadmills. The ability to burn more than double the calories if you try means that the results will come much faster. This treadmill has several drawbacks, but these are relatively small. If you can afford a buy-in, you won’t regret investing in the X11i.
