1) iFit Live

iFit Live is the newest technology that comes on a few of the new Proform treadmills.

If you have wireless Internet in your home you can connect your treadmill to the Internet. You can customize and download your own workout programs and workout with Jillian Michaels from ‘The Biggest Loser’ – where she coaches you through your workout.

You can also track your activity and nutrition online and customize your own workout programs

2) Music Port for iPod With Built In Console Speakers

You can easily plug in your iPod or Mp3 player and listen to your favorite music or podcast through the built in sound system. While it’s becoming a fairly standard features, it’s still nice to have and can make your workouts a lot more enjoyable.

3) One-Touch Speed and Incline Controls

This is a popular feature that Proform puts on most of their treadmills. Instead of scrolling through your speed or incline levels, you just push one button and the treadmill adjusts to your desired level. This is a handy feature that won’t throw off your stride.

4) Workout Intensity Control

This is a neat little feature that you don’t usually find on treadmills. It lets you adjust the intensity of your workout. So for example if you feel you aren’t working hard enough you just push a button and the treadmill steps up the intensity.

5) Nike + iPod® Compatible
